Primarily written for internet marketers this book is about how to build an internet marketing business that, properly organized, lets you choose your income level and how much time you wish to spend in actual work. I have a ways to go before I can utilize Mr. Jonas' out sources, but I guarantee you my business model is predicated on a transition to Filipino operations. Work On your business, not In your business. Meaning get out and sell/market your products and don't get bogged down in the minutia of back-linking, blogging, web design, etc. Your trusty Filipino crew is there to do that for you. They are educated, speak colloquial English at home, and stuck in an economy that is constantly broken. Offering them a steady good salary, doing what they trained in college to do is a Godsend for both you and them.Great book, goes into great detail on how to out source effectively, how to hire and manage your workers,how to organize their training (John even offers complete training packages for every aspect of internet marketing,) and how to pay them. His orientation towards treating overseas workers as human beings, almost as an extended family is refreshing, too. This is for home internet business taken to the next level (and it's a big jump as far as financial rewards!)

I've learned a great deal about outsourcing to the Philippines from this book. The author is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining the entire process.
The problem I have with it is it feels like a constant up sell for his websites OnlineJobs.ph and ReplaceMyself.com, I understand the power of testimonials but it got kind of annoying I think they were used in every chapter.
Over all I would totally recommend this tittle especially for the money, (just wish he would have put the testimonials in one place instead of peppering the entire book with them).
I started outsourcing back in 2007, learning as I go mostly from trial and error. It was a struggle trying to figure out how to find good guys, how to structure tasks, keep them motivated .... Etc.
After I found John Jonas's replace myself in 2011 i restructured my team using the same techniques found in this book. Revenue is up and my workload has decreases significanly. Now my team feels like family and they work hard towards our goals.
Jonas shows you how to find guys that are loyal, hard working and invested in your success.
No one should outsource blindly. don't try and re invent the wheel. Jonas has figured it out and teaches you his finding in an easy to follow guide.
You need a guide to outsourcing and this is by far the best one out there.
After reading this book, I actually hired a Filipino virtual assistant. Why a Filipino virtual assistant? It comes down to fluency with English and a work ethic that is great. It was amazing to me all that I was able to have him research and do without my having to do it. The total cost for having a personal assistant was much less that I would've expected otherwise. I would have been totally lost in the whole process and would not of even considered doing it without the guidance of this book some of the other free information that I got from John Jonas. Yes, as other reviewers have pointed out, the book does promote some of John Jonas' other products. John has subscription-based systems to help hire and train Filipino virtual assistants. I am one of those who was able to hire an assistant outside of his system. However, even so, access to John's salary numbers helped me's successfully negotiate a win-win salary for my virtual assistant. I would highly recommend hiring a Filipino virtual assistant to anyone who deals with digital information. In particular, this book opens up the door for Internet marketers interested in creating cookie-cutter success processes.
